Kasbah de la Vallee proposes several tours in the Dades area, you leave the hotel in the morning and come back at night.

Here are a few possible examples, you can get other ideas at the hotel ....

 

4x4 trips

 

With a 4WD, you can go further away and come back in the evening. It is the perfect solution for a first discovery.

We provide the picninc, and all the transportation costs (car, driver, fuel) are included. Only the drinks are not included.

Price : starting at 650 dirhams per day and per person, for a group of 4 people at least (extra costs for smaller groups).

 

Visit the valley of roses

 

You the hotel early in the morning and visit Boutarar, Amejgag, Tourbist, to finally arrive in El Kelaa M'gouna (where the famous festival of Roses takes place in May). You come back to the hotel by road, crossing multiple small berber villages.

 

Discover the Todra gorges and Tizi Nouwarzi

 

The pist that goes from the Dades gorges to the Todra gorges is very beautiful. It is maintained by the nomads who regularly use it.

In one day, you go to the Tizi Nouwarzi (Nouwarzi pass), with a beautiful panoramic view to Igherm before you come back to the hotel by the road.

Another way to Todra gorges, via Dades pass and Tizi Agardzagzaou, an impressive green slash in the moutain. You picnic at the pass, 2.800m high, with the view over the gorge, and come back via Tamtatouchte.

Nomad herder

A day with the nomads

 

You visit the grounds of the nomad tribes living in the Dades gorges (Aït Hadidous and Aït Sedrat), and walk to the village of 'Imdiazine, where a tea is offered to you in a guest house. At the end of the day, you come back to the hotel.

This one-day tour presents no special difficulty.

Acompaniment : a guide (no mule necessary)

Price : 300 dirhams / personn.

In the morning, we drive you to the Monkey fingers, a very original geological formation, which you explore befaire quietly walking back to the hotel, through the gardens and cultivated plots along the river.

Strength : 5 hours walking, without special difficulty.

Acompaniment : a guide (no mule necessary)

Price : 300 dirhams / personn.

 

Sidi Moha ou Ayachi gorges (summer only)

 

In the morning, we drive you to the gorges where you can enjoy the river and swim in its natural pools. After lunch, you come back following the Dades river, throught the fields and orchards.

It's more a walk than a hike.
